This kitchen came to us after a previous contractor's work had failed — tannins from the wood had bled straight through the finish, leaving the cabinets stained and discolored within months. The cause was simple: the wrong products and no proper stain blocking.

We stripped the job back and did it right. BIN shellac primer went on first for maximum stain blocking — the only reliable way to lock tannins down for good — followed by two full coats of Gallery Series in the same color the homeowner already had, so the kitchen kept its look without the staining.
